I designed and built a custom multimodal alert system that synchronizes high-intensity lighting and audio output through an embedded control platform. The project focused on hardware design, PCB development, firmware programming, enclosure modeling, and full-system integration.
To support precise control of the system, I designed a custom PCB responsible for coordinating the audio driver, high-power LED outputs, user controls, and power distribution. I also modeled the enclosure in CAD to package the electronics cleanly, improve durability, and maintain an organized internal component layout. The firmware synchronizes light and sound activation, allowing the system to trigger repeatable alert patterns on command.
This project demonstrates my ability to develop embedded hardware from concept through prototype, including circuit design, PCB layout, firmware development, mechanical enclosure design, and hardware/software integration.
